This whimsical linoprint is inspired by scenes observed at Fogg Dam in the Northern Territory. It features the meeting of two iconic waterbirds - the ibis and the Jabiru (Australian Black-Necked Stork).
I witnessed these two beautiful birds sharing the same space, and despite their huge difference in size, their colouring is quite similar. I love how the wise stork kindly looks down at the admiring ibis.
